What is PM Internship Program?
The Pradhan Mantri Internship Scheme is a flagship initiative by the Government of India under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It aims to provide 1 crore internship opportunities to youth aged 21-24 years in top Indian companies over 5 years.
Through Mandhan FinCorp's NSDC-approved Skill Development Program, candidates are trained and then placed directly into the PM Internship Program — ensuring 100% job placement in the Banking & Insurance sector.
Interns receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000 (supported by the government) + additional support from the host company, along with real-world industry experience and a certificate that enhances employability.
